Our history 1950sThe origins The company traces its origins back to the 1950s, to the italian plant in Ventimiglia (IM) owned by ESTABLISSEMENTS JOSEPH GAZAN \u2013 Produits Aromatiques \u2013 from Marseille, France. 1989ACQUISITION BY ILLVA SARONNO With the acquisition by ILLVA SARONNO, it changes its name to REAL AROMI and establishes itself in Citt\u00e0 S. Angelo (PE), where it merges with ILLSUD, long engaged in the production of semi-finished products and items for the liquor industry, becoming a single center of excellence for the production of flavors for the food industry. 2013New Headquarters The Citt\u00e0 S. Angelo plant is relocated to the new headquarters in Saronno, adjacent to the ILLVA SARONNO facility, to increase synergies with the parent company&#8217;s productions and enhance the quality and efficiency of services provided to customers. 2020 In 2020 REAL AROMI becomes ILLVA SARONNO S.p.A. FLAVORS DIVISION. ILLVA SARONNO FLAVOURS DIVISION TODAY Our current production is characterized by an extensive range of extracts and natural products of the highest quality, the result of highly automated extraction and purification plants. The Laboratory is capable of ensuring, through sophisticated controls, the consistency of the quality of these products.
